Elizabeth Geist is ecstatic to be performing in her second show with the Tennessee Valley Players. Last summer, Elizabeth had the honor of being one of the daughters of the exuberant General Stanley in Pirates of Penzance and has spent her time thereafter performing with The University of Tennessee's Opera Theater in Monteverdi's Il ritorno d'Ulisse in patria (Coro in Cielo), and in Robert Ward's The Crucible (Susanna Walcott). While she's not running around the theater, Elizabeth enjoys reading, writing and dreaming about one day owning a castle in Italy. She will be a junior at the University of Tennessee in fall 2017, majoring in vocal performance with a minor in Italian. Elizabeth is a proud student of Cecily Nall and would like to thank all of her family and friends for their endless support and love.
