Afton Howard
Afton Howard is so excited to be making an appearance in Tennessee Valley Players as a Hot Box Girl. Afton is a student at the University of Tennessee’s College of Music studying Vocal Music Education with a minor in Theatre. She is trained in classical voice in the studios of Dr. Kimberly Roberts and Deanna Surber. Afton also serves as the Office Manager at River & Rail Theatre Company. Her recent performance credits include Pride & Prejudice (Charlotte Lucas), Oklahoma (Kate / Dance Ensemble / Laurey u/s), Cimarosa’s Il Matrimonio Segreto (Chorus), 9 to 5: The Musical (Ensemble), Les Misérables (Eponine), High School Musical (Ms. Darbus), and Radium Girls (Grace). Afton would like to thank all of her friends, family, and mentors for their constant support!
