Cara Custer

A passionate and versatile musical theatre performer, Cara Custer holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Tennessee, where she studied under esteemed instructor Marjorie Bennett Stephens. Her stage credits include Éponine in Les Misérables, Maria in West Side Story, Fruma Sarah in Fiddler on the Roof, and Philia in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, with performances at venues such as the Carousel Theatre and the Clayton Center for the Arts.

Other credits include South Pacific, Sweeney Todd, and Guys & Dolls, reflecting her wide vocal and theatrical range. She has received additional training through the Manhattan School of Music Summer Program, a master class with Tony Award-winner Victoria Clark, and dance training at Broadway Dance Center with Jim Cooney. Known for her strong stage presence, collaborative spirit, and expressive vocal style, Cara brings depth and heart to every role she inhabits.
