Wendy Hopper
Wendy Hopper is a Knoxville native, born and raised in Fountain City. She has two grown children, and now currently lives in Dandridge, Tennessee. She is the current member of the local women’s service organization, The Akima Club of Knoxville, where she spends much of her time volunteering for agencies in the area. Wendy joined the Tennessee Valley Players Board in 2018 and is currently their Chairman of the Board. She loves to help make their productions a success, like the 2018 season’s production of “Mamma Mia!” where she was a Stage Manager. She thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the talented cast in 2022’s production of “Something Rotten!” (Ensemble and Chef). In addition to working with these great nonprofits, she runs two businesses outside of her home, and she is a successful Super Host in the Airbnb community at her property in picturesque Dandridge. In her spare time, she also enjoys traveling and renovating her home with her husband, Max.
