Penny Skeen
Penny Skeen from Oak Ridge, has been involved in music since junior high where she was in the choir and school dramatic productions. Penny took modern, jazz and tap dance for ten years and was in her college dance club. She has sung on the praise team at church for seventeen years, and has choreographed church productions. Last summer Penny played an extra in a Christian movie, Laughing at the Moon. She also has had her own band, Full Circle by Grace. Penny has sung with a Tennessee Prison for Women ministry and led worship for evangelists in her home.
